We cut all our meat with the utmost care and precision.

Whether it's a tender entrecote, juicy côte à l'os or a package of stew meat — you will receive at least the weight stated on the product.

Never less.

In many cases even a little more, because we weigh with respect for the customer, not for the gram.

Each piece of meat is hand-cut and individually weighed by our experienced craftsmen.
The indicated weights are always net , i.e. without packaging.
We work with calibrated scales that are checked regularly.
If a piece falls just short of the minimum weight, we'll add a little extra.
