Can I freeze my order?
- Yes, meat can be kept frozen for up to 6 months without significant loss of flavor.

How long can I keep the meat?
- Vacuum-packed meat can be stored for up to 10 days below 6°C.
A regular refrigerator will do.
If necessary, check the temperature in your refrigerator.

- No, you cannot refreeze thawed meat.
Once the meat has been prepared, it is considered a newly created product and you can refreeze it.
TRANSPORT, DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
- How does shipping take place?
- We rely on the specialized delivery service of DPD Fresh.
This separate branch of DPD handles transport using vans equipped with active cooling. Transit times in the distribution centers also take place in refrigerated areas. This guarantees a constant temperature between 0 and 4°C from the moment the product is cut in our workshop to your doorstep.

How much does shipping cost?
- For orders under €150, €21 will be charged
- Shipping is free from €150

On which days can orders and deliveries be placed?
There are currently four shipping dates per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. This means, for example, you can order on Monday for delivery on Wednesday and order on Thursday for delivery on Saturday.
You choose the delivery date yourself when placing your order.
DAY A: You order before 10 p.m. (except for veal and poultry, order before 12 noon)
DAY B: We prepare your parcel and hand it over to DPD Fresh
DAY C: DPD Fresh delivers to your home.
Please note: DPD Fresh's shipping schedule does not strictly follow provincial borders.

How is the meat packaged during shipping?
- Each piece of meat is vacuum-packed using a professional system. Without the presence of oxygen and air, meat preserves better and longer.

How is weight determined and guaranteed?
- To enable smooth online sales, fixed weights and prices are used.
Cutting meat to the gram is nearly impossible, so we work with a margin of error of 30g. However, we do our best to ensure this is above the agreed-upon weight.

Can I pick up an order? And when?
- Yes, order before 12 noon and come to our address the next day
- Pick up is possible
- Monday to Thursday from 7am to 3pm
- on Friday between 7am and 12pm.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
- As soon as you complete your order, it will be processed by our system. Would you still like to cancel or make changes?
Please contact us as soon as possible by phone on +32 494 28 03 90 and we will see together what is still possible.
We guarantee our customers fresh meat with minimal processing. Therefore, an order that has already been cut, packaged, or shipped cannot be sold to someone else. Once placed, an order cannot be canceled.
